What is Bridge Surgery’s Patient Group?
It’s a group of patients registered with the practice coming together on a regular basis (at least quarterly) to look at how they can positively influence the development of the practice and local health services. It has the health interests of Bridge Surgery patients at heart, as well as the progression and growth of the Practice as a whole.
Minutes to previous meetings can be viewed via the ‘Minutes to Meetings’ tab above.
The Patient Group’s constitution can be found be clicking here.
The group is very interested in an feedback, suggestions, comments that you may have about the surgery and this can be sent to them via the ‘Contact Us’ tab above
Are you interested in joining the group?
If you are interested in joining the group or would like to receive more information, please provide your details via the ‘Contact Us’ tab above or alternatively leave your name and contact details with reception. We would particularly like to recruit new members under 60 or who have a young family or are a carer so that the group is representative of our patient population.
Bridge Surgery’s Virtual Patient Reference Group
We also have a Virtual Patient Reference Group which does not invlove face to face meetings. We would like to recruit patients for our reference group from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young and old patients, patients that work, patients that don’t work, patients that care for others, patients with long term conditions and patients from non-British ethnic groups.
