The River Trent on the west side to the point where it is crossed by Burton Bridge in the north and the county boundary in the southwest. The county boundary marks the area in the southwest, south, southeast and east until Ashby Road East (A511) intersectsit. The middle of Ashby Road is the boundary line in the north.

From 1st April 2013, if you move house and your new address is outside of our ‘outer boundary’ you will be asked to register with a GP closer to your new address. Areas that are outside of our outer boundary include: parts of Stretton , parts of Horninglow , parts of Shobnall , Outwoods , Rolleston on Dove, Anslow , Tatenhill and Derbyshire.
In order to be fair to all patients we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
